Builders Cleans & Pre-Handover Cleaning
Handover-Ready, With Every Finish Protected.
The handover is the moment your client falls in love with their new home, or starts a defects list. We clean new builds and renovations across the Gold Coast so the keys change hands on a home that sparkles, with every new finish protected.
A builders clean is not a quick sweep and a wipe.
Construction dust gets everywhere: tracks, vents, cupboards, light fittings. Miss it and it’s the first thing your client finds. Rush it and new finishes get damaged.
Every OSCC builders clean runs to a written, room-by-room checklist, from the top of the cabinetry to the bottom of the window tracks. Glass is cleaned by hand with microfibre and spray, never with blades or scrapers, so new glazing stays exactly as it was installed.
Finishes protected, start to finish.
New stone, timber, glass and fixtures are cleaned with methods chosen for each surface, so nothing gets scratched, dulled or marked on the way to handover.
On your program, on your deadline.
We work to your build program and handover date, with a consistent, professionally vetted OSCC team who understand site rules and leave every room ready for inspection.
