Please don’t clean before we get there. That’s what you’re paying us for, and a pre-clean just hides the areas that need real attention. A quick clear of the benches and floors is plenty, because ten minutes of tidying lets us spend our time on the detail work instead of shuffling things around.
We love pets. Just tell us who lives there and any house rules, like which doors stay shut or who bolts when a gate opens, and we’ll happily work around them.
No. Plenty of our clients are at work while we clean and come home to the result. Our team is fully insured and professionally vetted, and access details like keys and codes are handled carefully and kept confidential.
We bring everything: professional products, our own equipment and the right tools for each surface. Eco-friendly and septic-safe products are our standard, and if you’d prefer specific products used in your home, just tell us.
Yes. Delicate surfaces get treated as delicate surfaces, so flag your stone, timber, glass or special finishes when we quote and we’ll match the products and methods to them. Nothing harsh goes near a surface that can’t handle it.
