Questions we hear every week

Get in touch, or have a family member, support coordinator or case manager contact us on your behalf. We talk through what support is needed and how often, then provide a clear, personalised quote. There’s no pressure and no lock-in contracts at any point.
Many plans include help with household tasks, and cleaning is a common example. Whether yours covers it depends on your individual plan and goals, so that’s best confirmed with your planner, plan manager or support coordinator. Once the support is in place, we take care of the cleaning side.
Every plan is arranged a little differently, so we’d rather talk it through than promise a one-size-fits-all answer here. Whether you’re self-managed or plan-managed, we’re happy to walk through how billing and arrangements work for your situation before anything starts.
Wherever possible, yes. Having someone in your home is a big deal, so we keep the team consistent and familiar. If a new team member ever needs to join, we introduce them to you first, before they work in your home.
Of course. We’re happy to communicate with you, your family, your support coordinator or your case manager, in whatever way works best for you. Anyone who supports you is welcome in the conversation, from the first quote onwards.
Yes, you’re always free to choose who works in your home. If your current arrangement isn’t working, we’re happy to answer your questions and explain how we do things, with no pressure to switch. If you do decide to change, we’ll walk through the steps with you so nothing about your support gets missed along the way.
